The Representative on International Legal Matters notified the International Court of Justice about the current consequences of the large-scale aggression unleashed by Azerbaijan against the people of Nagorno-Karabakh yesterday and today, as well as the risk of possible irreversible loss.

On 19 September, around 1:00 p.m., the Azerbaijani armed forces violated the ceasefire along the contact line of the Artsakh Republic by launching rocket and artillery attacks, using artillery and drones, and attempted positional advancement. There are many victims and wounded, including civilians.
