Another Misinformation: Statement of the Ministry of Defense of Artsakh

The message spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan about the fact that on 15 September, around 09:30, the Defense Forces units carried out fortification works in the Askeran region, which were allegedly stopped as a result of the actions of the Azerbaijani units, is another misinformation.
