Artak Beglaryan, the former HRD and State Ministe of the Republic of Artsakh, has published evidence of the Azerbaijani forgery.

This person had blocked the only Artsakh-Armenia road near Shushi for months, presenting himself as a fake “eco-activist”. Now he is pretending on the Akna-Askeran road that he is delivering “humanitarian aid” to the people of Artsakh through the Azerbaijani Red Crescent.

He can be either an agent of the Azerbaijani special services, who appears everywhere with specific tasks, or an employee of the Red Crescent, full of hatred for Armenians. Both scenarios reveal the hypocrisy and terrorism of the leadership of Azerbaijan and the deep dangers that threaten the people of Artsakh.
