RA President Vahagn Khachaturyan has signed a decree recalling Viktor Biyagov from the position of Permanent and Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Armenia to the Collective Security Treaty Organization.
“Based on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, in accordance with Article 132, Part 1, Clause 2 of the Constitution and Article 14 of the Law on Diplomatic Service.
Recall Viktor Biyagov from the position of Permanent and Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Armenia to the Collective Security Treaty Organization,” the decree states.
By another decision, Viktor Biyagov was appointed as the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Armenia in the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons. He is also Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Kingdom of the Netherlands (residence: The Hague).
