On 1 September, the President of the Republic of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan introduced the newly appointed State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh Samvel Shahramanian to the members of the government, other state administration bodies, and the judicial system.

The Central Information Department of the Office of the President of the Republic of Artsakh reported.

The Head of the country, thanked his colleagues for their joint work, presented the reasons for his resignation. Noting that the period until the election of a new President by the National Assembly is a very responsible period, Araik Harutyunyan emphasized that overcoming it and implementing a change of power through legal means are of great importance for the preservation of statehood.

Arayik Harutyunyan urged his colleagues to soberly assess the situation and support the newly formed government in overcoming the humanitarian disaster created in the country and facing possible internal and external challenges.

The President thanked Gurgen Nersisyan for taking responsibility in the state administration system during a difficult period for the country and Samvel Shahramanyan for accepting the offer to take over the position of state minister in a difficult historical period.
