The Press Service of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Artsakh informs that the message spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan about the fact that on 27 August, around 12:30 p.m., the defense units carried out fortification works in the direction of Karvachar, which was allegedly prevented as a result of the actions of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, is another misinformation.
