The Deputy Chief of Police, about 40 uniformed and about 10 in civilian clothes policemen arrested the founder of the “Citizen’s Decision” Social-Democratic Party Suren Sahakyan, Vahagn Minasyan and Hayk Sahakyan, from Mashtots Grove in Yerevan at midnight, Mikayel Nahapetyan, a member of the executive body of the same party, wrote on his Facebook page.

“They were trying to set up a tent in order to spend the next week in round-the-clock meetings and discussions. The purpose of those discussions is to form an initiative headquarters in order to neutralize the threats to Armenia.

Naturally, this illegal action of the police will not change anything and the boys insist that obedience is death, struggle is life,” he said.
