Armenia submitted an application to the European Court of Human Rights regarding the protection of the rights of Rashid Beglaryan with the request to apply an interim measure against Azerbaijan. The Օffice of the Ռepresentative of the Republic of Armenia on International Legal Matters reported.
“As a result of getting lost, the latter appeared in the territory under Azerbaijani control,” the statement said.
