The message issued by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that on 11 July, from 10:05 a.m. to 2:55 p.m., the Defense Forces carried out fortification works in Askeran, Karvachar and Karvachar regions of the Republic of Artsakh, which were allegedly suspended by the Azerbaijani units stationed in the occupied territories of those regions, is another misinformation.
