Artsakh has been under siege for 204 days.

Today, on 3 July, 15 patients from the “Republican Medical Center” CJSC of the Ministry of Health of the Artsakh Republic, together with their accompanying persons, were transferred to specialized medical centers of the Republic of Armenia with the mediation and accompaniment of the International Committee of the Red Cross.

During the day, it is planned to return 8 medical patients, along with their accompanying persons, to Artsakh by ICRC vehicles, who were once referred to Armenia for treatment within the framework of the state order. 26 children receive inpatient treatment in “Arevik” Medical Association, 2 are in the neonatal and intensive care unit.

81 patients are receiving inpatient treatment at the “Republican Medical Center” CJSC, 10 patients are in the intensive care unit, 6 of them are in critical condition.

The information distributed by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that allegedly the units of the Defense Forces opened fire on 3 July at 10:40-11:40 in the direction of the Azerbaijani positions located in the occupied territories of the Askeran region of the Republic of Artsakh, does not correspond to reality.

The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan has also spread another false informastion about the fortification works allegedly disrupted by it and carried out by the Ministry of Defense in the same direction.

The Ministry of Defense of Artsakh also informed that on 3 July, around 15:50, the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan violated the ceasefire in the direction of Shushi region by using small firearms and a 60 mm mortar. There are no casualties on the Armenian side. The ceasefire violation was reported to the command of the Russian peacekeeping troops.
