Nazeli Baghdasaryan, Assistant to the RA Prime Minister, writes on her facebook page:

“Assistant to Azerbaijan’s President is deceiving reality for the umpteenth time, passing fictitious information as fact. Mr. Hajiyev needs to be reminded that Azerbaijan for already 19 days has not fulfilled the decision of the International Court of Justice on opening the Lachin Corridor. Meanwhile, the court obliged Azerbaijan to take all possible measures to guarantee the uninterrupted movement of citizens and vehicles through the Lachin Corridor.

I would like to emphasize that the International Court of Justice emphasized the binding legal force of its decision for Azerbaijan. However, we see a different picture: Azerbaijan is trying to hide the reality of its own provocations with false claims. At the base of Hajiev’s speech, there are strange wordings that undermine all norms established by international humanitarian law. Unfortunately, the reasons for such propaganda are more than obvious.”
