For already five days, Azerbaijan continues to block the only road connecting Artsakh to Armenia. More than 1,100 people, of whom 270 are minors, cannot return to their homes.
Artsakh InfoCenter informs that Azerbaijan also blocked the supply of gas from Armenia to Artsakh, creating serious difficulties for the population during the heating season. “In order to overcome the humanitarian crisis, we call for economical use of electricity and fuel. At the same time, we inform that the availability of food and other basic necessities meets the population’s requirements for now.
