The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia presented the revised Draft Law on Higher Education and Science for public discussion. It was found unconstitutional in two provisions, regarding the formation of the governing board, and was sent back for redaction. The draft law regulates the activity of RA higher education and science system, management of the sector and financial and economic relations.
