Former Minister of Foreign Affairs Zohrab Mnatsakanyan made a post on Twitter, in which he stated:

“The horrific video of execution of Armenian POWs by Azeri aggressors is a blow to EU, US peace efforts. We are dealing with savages.

Without actions against Azeris no progress to expect. Sanctions, weapons and de-occupation! Now!”
