Former Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan has been invited to the Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the RA General Prosecutor’s Office, we learn from the website azdarar.am.

“Guided by Articles 16 and 17 of the Law on Confiscation of Property of Illegal Origin, you are notified that the Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the RA General Prosecutor’s Office is conducting an investigation into your property, as a result of which a summary has been drawn up.

You have the right to appear at the Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the RA General Prosecutor’s Office (50, Tigran Mets St., Yerevan) within one month from the moment of receiving this summons, to get acquainted with the materials of the case, to present a position, as well as a statement in accordance with RA Government Decree N 2044-N of 10 December, 2020. At the same time, please be informed that you can come on 5 September, 2022 at 10:00, and in case of impossibility to appear on the specified day and time, you should call 010-511-649 in advance in order to agree on the day and time,” the announcement reads.
