The 5th President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan signed an order on 15 March, which states:
“Based on Article 139, Part 1 of the Constitution, and Article 9, Part 10 of the Law on Public Service: To appoint Armen MARKOSYAN as Assistant to the President of the Republic from 15 March, 2022.”
It should be noted that Markosyan was previously the assistant to the RA Minister of High Tech Industry.
