The RA Health and Labor Inspection Body informs that according to the amendment made to the RA Law on Protection of the Population in Emergency Situations, the official conducting the inspection from 3 March is entitled to apply a measure of responsibility on the spot.
The amendment to the RA Law on Protection of the Population in Emergency Situations was made on 21 February, 2022 and enters into force on 3 March.
