The National Security Service is taking measures to return the citizen of the Republic of Artsakh who came under the control of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces as a result of getting lost.
The National Security Service of the Artsakh Republic reported.
Today at 15:30 the National Security Service of the Artsakh Republic was informed about the disappearance of Andranik Hrant Aleksanyan, a resident of Berdzor, born in 1953. As a result of the measures taken on the basis of the alarm, it was found out that the mentioned citizen of Artsakh, after getting lost near the town of Berdzor at around 15:00, appeared in the area under the control of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan and was detained by the latter.
The incident was immediately reported to the Russian peacekeepers, who found out and assured the safety of our citizen. Negotiations are underway to return the citizen of the Republic of Artsakh to the Armenian side.
