The information spread by the Azerbaijani media, according to which the units of the Defense Army opened fire from a car in the direction of the Azerbaijani positions, is another misinformation and does not correspond to reality, the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Artsakh Republic reports.

“In fact, from the positions near the Karmir Shuka (Red Market) settlement in the Martuni region of the Artsakh Republic, the Azerbaijani servicemen opened fire in the direction of the village, as a result of which a car belonging to a civilian parked near the kindergarten caught fire.

Relevant information was provided to the Russian peacekeeping command in connection with the incident, and measures were taken to return the Azerbaijani side to the ceasefire regime,” the statement said
