Today, on 10 January, the Court of General Jurisdiction of the city of Yerevan, chaired by Judge Sergey Sahakyan, is examining the civil case according to the lawsuit of the second President of the Republic of Armenia Robert Kocharyan against the Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and the Republic of Armenia.
The defendant Nikol Pashinyan’s representative Davit Hunanyan, this time also spoke against the video recording of the session by the media representatives.
Notably, R. Kocharyan’s civil suit refers to the statements made by Nikol Pashinyan during the rally held on 1 March last year in the Republic Square.
