The NA “Armenia” and “I have Honor” factions issued a joint statement, informing that an application had been developed and submitted to the Constitutional Court, challenging the use of the NA Speaker’s powers, as well as their arbitrary interpretation and differentiated approach, as a result of which the activity of the deputy is hindered, the essence of the deputy representative mandate is disturbed.
