Today, on 6 September, the SJC postponed the examination of the motion on disciplinary liability of Judge Sergey Marabyan of the Criminal Court of Appeal.
The judge requested to adjourn the hearing due to poor health condition.
The Council decided to schedule the next meeting on 27 September, at 15:00.
