On 24 June, RA President Armen Sarkissian signed decrees on appointing judges in the Administrative Court of Appeal.
The decrees reads:
“Based on Article 139, Part 1, Article 166, Part 6 of the Constitution and the proposal submitted by the Supreme Judicial Council Decision SJK-42-O-79 of 21 June, 2021.
To appoint Karen GEVORGYAN a judge of the Administrative Court of Appeal.”
“Based on Article 139, Part 1, Article 166, Part 6 of the Constitution, as well as the proposal submitted by the decision of the Supreme Judicial Council of 21 June, 2021 SJK-42-O-78.
To appoint judge of the Administrative Court Liana HAKOBYAN, to the position of a judge of the Administrative Court of Appeal.”

To appoint Judge of the Administrative Court Edward NAHAPETYAN , to the position of a judge of the Administrative Court of Appeal.”
