President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has congratulated the “Civil Contract” Party led by Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on his victory in the extraordinary parliamentary elections, “Belta” reports.
“Your purposefulness and service to the interests of the Armenian people has become the key to success in the most important socio-political campaign for the country,” he said.
Alexander Lukashenko expressed confidence that cooperation between Minsk and Yerevan in various fields will continue to develop for the benefit of friendship and prosperity of the peoples of the two countries.
