On 31 May, President Armen Sarkissian signed a new decree.

“Based on the proposal of the Prime Minister, in accordance with Article 131 of the Constitution, and Article 5, Part 1 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government.

“To relieve the acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Ara AYVAZYAN from his post,” the decree reads.
