On 23 April, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a decision stating:
“Pursuant to Article 9 (1) of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Public Service”, to dismiss Victoria Poghosyan from the post of Deputy Minister of High Tech Industry.”
Notably, Poghosyan was appointed to this position by the Prime Minister’s decision of 24 July, 2020.
