On 17 April, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia and the Ministry of Labor, Social and Resettlement Affairs of the Artsakh Republic. The Ministry of Labor, Social and Resettlement Affairs of the Artsakh Republic reported.

“Highlighting the strengthening of cooperation between Armenia and Artsakh in the social sphere in the post-war situation, the systematic provision of social guarantees for the people of Artsakh, the signed memorandum defines the effective steps to achieve those goals, the joint actions of the two departments,” the statement reads.
