A Russian-Turkish ceasefire control center is being established in Azerbaijan. As reported by Armenpress, the sources of the Russian Foreign Ministry informed TASS about this.
“The center is being established in the territory of Azerbaijan, which is not adjacent to Karabakh. Turkey’s role is limited to the establishment of a ceasefire control center, not to the peacekeeping mission in Karabakh,” the source said.
