The Defense Army informs:

“Currently, the cities of Stepanakert, Shushi and Martakert are being shelled by the enemy forces from the “Smerch” volley fire complexes.

The enemy, once again violating the requirements of international humanitarian and customary laws, set fire to exclusively peaceful settlements, as a result of which there are casualties among the civilian population. The military-political leadership of Azerbaijan is committing another war crime. Azerbaijan’s criminal leadership bears full responsibility for further escalation of the situation.”
