Enemy forces have again targeted the Artsakh capital Stepanakert, violating the norms of international humanitarian law. Artsakh State Emergency Situations Service informs

As a result of the rocket fire, a car was set on fire and nearby buildings and shops were destroyed. The gas pipeline supplying the district was also damaged.

There are no casualties.
