Adviser to the Prosecutor General Gor Abrahamyan informs, “Photos showing torturing and insulting the body of allegedly a serviceman of the Artsakh Republic Defense Army with serious violations of international humanitarian law, by the servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan, were spread on social networks.

The photos were sent to the preliminary investigation body to be investigated in the framework of criminal cases initiated in connection with the aggressive war unleashed by Azerbaijan against the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Artsakh, as well as the peace and the security of humanity.”
