The ECHR recently satisfied the request of the Armenian government and applied an interim measure against Turkey. The representative of the Republic of Armenia in the ECHR informs about this.

“A little short ago, the ECHR satisfied the request of the RA Government and applied an interim measure.”

The decision particularly says:

“The court reaffirms its decision on the application of an interim measure on 29 September and calls on all countries directly or indirectly involved, including Turkey, to refrain from violating the rights of the civilian population protected by the Convention,” the statement said.
