The medical care and services of the victims of military or military or terrorist acts will be provided free of charge

At the suggestion of the Ministry of Health, a new procedure has been established by the government, according to which hospitalized and outpatient medical care and services for people injured in emergencies in Armenia or Artsakh or as a result of military or terrorist acts are  provided free of charge by the state.

Note that they are entitled to free hospital care, including the most advanced and expensive technologies provided medical assistance and maintenance services.

Injured persons can also receive primary health care services free of charge at a voluntarily selected outpatient clinic.

By the way, outpatient polyclinic medical care and services provided free of charge by the state to the injured person also include laboratory diagnostic instrumental examinations and the provision of medicines.

In the absence of identification documents of the victim, the temporary document issued by the Passport Visa Department of the Police of the Republic of Armenia shall be taken as a basis.

We urge the people of Artsakh who have moved to Armenia to apply to an outpatient clinic or polyclinic located close to their place of temporary residence for a referral to a hospital if necessary.
