An Israeli-made radio station was found at the killed officer of the enemy, it was managed in Arabic: Deputy Commander of the Defense Army

Yesterday, there were intense battles on the whole front line. The enemy continued to attack the defenses of the Defense Army, using planes, helicopters, heavy artillery, the entire arsenal of rockets and artillery, using special armored units and special units.

The Deputy Commander of the Artsakh Defense Army, Colonel Artur Sargsyan said this today, on 2 October, during a briefing.

“The dynamics of hostilities, the weapons used, the military equipment, and the number of personnel was unprecedented, especially in the northern and southern directions. No significant changes were registered in the operational-tactical situation. Tensions have eased a bit during the night, but the shelling has continued,” the deputy commander of the Defense Army said.

He mentioned that the soldiers of the Defense Army performed their duties brilliantly and flawlessly, failing all the attempts of the enemy to advance.

“Having failed, the enemy, this time in accordance with their handwriting, targeted the Armenian settlements and the population, in particular, the cities of Martakert, Martuni, Hadrut, during which representatives of the media were also wounded.”

“An Israeli-made Tadira radio station was found at the killed officer of the enemy. As a result of its interpretation and use, it turned out that the groups in the mentioned directions are mainly conducted in Arabic. I leave the conclusions to you,” Colonel Artur Sargsyan said.

The enemy’s losses amounted to 39 armored vehicles, 4 “Su 25” planes, 3 “Mi 24” helicopters, 17 UAVs, the loss in manpower – about 830. The artillery division was destroyed as well.

“Unfortunately, 54 soldiers of the Defense Army sacrificed their lives in the battles for the defense of the homeland. We have quite many wounded,” he said.
