Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Anna Naghdalyan writes on her Facebook page:

“We completely deny the accusation of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan against Armenia for firing rockets from the Vardenis region of the Republic of Armenia into the Dashkesan region of Azerbaijan.

This misinformation is absolutely false; it aims to pave the way for the expansion of the geography of hostilities, including aggression against the Republic of Armenia.

“We strongly condemn Azerbaijan’s attempts to further destabilize regional peace and security, with the full responsibility of which lies with the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan.”
