On 27 September, at 07:10, the Republic of Azerbaijan launched a military offensive along the entire border of the Artsakh Republic, targeting the settlements located in the deep rear, including the capital Stepanakert.
RA Ministry of Defense representative Artsrun Hovhannisyan and Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Anna Naghdalyan is giving a press conference.
“The hostilities are going on at the moment, they are quite hot. The enemy has been pushed back in many places, suffering significant losses,” he said.
It should be reminded that martial law and general mobilization has already been declared in Artsakh and Armenia.
