Automatic call management system: The National Center for Crisis Management of the Ministry of Emergency Situations is transferring a new quality of service.

Minister Felix Tsolakyan visited the National Crisis Management Center to get acquainted with the implemented program. The digital system was prepared by “VanCat” Company completely free of charge and donated to the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
The web interface allows to make work more efficient. The program was created in about 4 months. The introduced system was approved by Felix Tsolakyan. By the order of the Minister of Emergency Situations, the representatives of “VanCat” Company were awarded “Cooperation for Salvation” medals for the work done. They were handed over by Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Armen Harutyunyan.
