Attention to design companies. A design tender has been announced for the construction of a new building in the territory of the RA National Assembly.
NA Chief of Staff Tigran Galstyan wrote about this on his Facebook page.
«1. The commission consists of 10 people, who represent the RA Urban Development Committee, the National Assembly, Yerevan Municipality, and the Chamber of Architects, the majority of the commission are professionals.
- The main criterion for evaluation is not the bid, but the professional staff and the sketch design submitted in the tender application.
- Regardless of the results of the competition, a prize fund has been established for the best three sketch projects in the amount of 1 million, 500 thousand and 300 thousand AMD, respectively.
“We expect unprecedented participation and feedback for the proposed format,” the post reads.
