As of 11:00 on 22 August, a total of 42616 cases of coronavirus disease have been confirmed the Ministry of Health informs, of which:

• 35907 – recovered,
• 850– with death (there are 8 new deaths),
• 5605 patients are currently receiving actual treatment.
• The death toll, for other reasons, is 254 (when patients were diagnosed with a coronavirus infection but died of another disease, there is 1 new such case).

In total, 193693 tests were performed.

Thus, we have 139 new cases of coronavirus disease and 214 recovered, 1494 tests were performed.

According to the ministry, the patients who died were 62 years old (female), 64 years old (female), 59 years old (female), 87 years old (male), 92 years old (male), 90 years old (female), 62 years old (male), and 60 years old (female), who had concomitant chronic diseases.
