Today, on 18 August, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a new decision, which states:
“Guided by Part 10 of Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia On Public Service. To appoint Vagharshak Harutyunyan Chief Advisor to the Prime Minister.”
It should be reminded that by the 23 August, 2019 decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia Armen Sarkissian, the decree signed by the second President of the Republic of Armenia Robert Kocharyan, by which the latter deprived the former Minister of Defense Vagharshak Harutyunyan of his title, was repealed.
Robert Kocharyan signed the mentioned decree on 22 July, 2002.
