The Judge should never think that he owes someone: Arsen Tavadyan on the Evaluation of Judges

Candidate of Juridical Sciences Arsen Tavadyan has been nominated by the Armenian Lawyers’ Association as a non-judge member of the Performance Evaluation Commission of Judges.
