Today, on 16 June, Prosecutor General Artur Davtyan presented in the National Assembly the petitions on giving consent to initiate criminal prosecution against Gagik Kolya Tsarukyan, NA Deputy, and on giving consent to deprive RA National Assembly Deputy Gagik Kolya Tsarukyan of his liberty.
Mikael Melkumyan, a member of the “Prosperous Armenia” parliamentary group, asked a question to the prosecutor, noting that ” Has any person definitely provided a testimony that Gagik Tsarukyan gave money for such and such purposes?”
