Yerevan Municipality informs:

“From today, Yerevan’s public transport will resume operations in a special mode. You are aware that by the decision of the RA Commandant, special rules will be applied for the work of transport to reduce the risk of infection. In particular, the people in the vehicle must be MANDATORY wear a mask. It is also forbidden to transport passengers standing in the ground transport, except for trolleybuses.

In case of violation of the rules, the police can stop the public transport, put off the passengers and move the vehicle to the penalty area, where the driver and/or the passenger transport company will be fined.

Drivers are instructed to stop the vehicle in case of violation of the rules, until the violation is eliminated.

We are sure that the people of Yerevan will show high social responsibility, will strictly adhere to the established rules, so as not to create additional complications in the urban process.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the fact that these measures are being taken for the sake of public health and safety.
