As of 11:00 am on 17 May, 60 people died of coronavirus in Armenia, 5 of them in the last day.
Regarding the last 5 patients, the Ministry of Health informs that the patients were 80 years old (man), 89 years old (man), 51 years old (man), 78 years old (man), and 74 years old (man), and had concomitant chronic diseases.
The former highest rate of deaths was registered on 3 May, 4 deaths.
Notably, 2 new cases of death due to another reason registered, when patients had a coronavirus infection but died of another disease). There are 24 such cases.
The total number of cases of coronavirus in Armenia is 4472.
