Arthur Vanetsyan acquired Mikael Minasyan’s Share: Spokeswoman for the Prime Minister

Prime Minister’s Spokeswoman Mane Ghorgyan wrote on her Facebook page about Serzh Sargsyan, Mikael Minasyan and Arthur Vanetsyan, which reads:

“To complete the topic, I will record: According to the Prime Minister’s Office, Serzh Sargsyan’s son-in-law Mikael Minasyan also had illegal shares in “Spayka”, “Yerevan Mall”, “Shant” TV, “Armenia” TV, Zangezur Copper and Molybdenum Combine, and a number of other companies through fake shareholders.

Most of these shares were hastily sold after the 2018 People’s Revolution. In ZCMC M. Minasyan’s share, for example, was obtained by Arthur Vanetsyan, the former director of the National Security Service, with the help of seemingly official abuse of power and again with the help of fake shareholders.

The company belonging to the latter’s father also became a major carrier of ZCMC’s cargo.

The impression is that as a result of this, the key people in Mikael Minasyan’s corruption system, being potential defendants, have left Armenia, which has become a significant obstacle to the investigation of Minasyan’s corruption acts.

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia expects that despite all the difficulties, the law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Armenia will properly examine the above-mentioned and will give reliable answers to the people of Armenia.”
