On 6 April of this year, in the video “Answering Citizens’ Questions”, you announced that during the state of emergency there will be no disconnections with water, gas and electricity due to non-payment.

The state of emergency in the country is not over, but these days we receive many calls that disconnections are being made due to non-payment of utilities.

Please take measures and offer a solution to the situation.”
