A spokeswoman for the Ministry of Health told Iravaban.net that the bodies of those who died of coronavirus have already been handed over to their relatives.
“Funeral services are held in accordance with epidemiological guidelines, which includes the concept of closed coffin,” the ministry said.
NA Deputy Sasun Mikaelyan stated during a question-and-answer session with the government that there was a case when the body of the wrong person was brought to Armenia from Russia.
“What can we do to make our relatives see their relative’s body for a moment?” He asked Health Minister Arsen Torosyan.
