On 23 March, Lieutenant General Artak Davtyan, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, held a consultation with the leadership of the Armed Forces.

Lieutenant-General Artak Davtyan presented the newly appointed Head of the Department of Moral and Psychological Armed Forces, Colonel Arthur Poghosyan to the Heads of Departments and Services and thanked the former Chief of the Department, Major General A. Alexanyan for many years of conscientious service.

During the consultation, the reports on the activities carried out in March, the timetable of planned activities and measures against the infiltration of the new coronavirus in the armed forces were presented to the Chief of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces. Lieutenant-General Artak Davtyan instructed to supervise the work carried out in the Armed Forces and to tighten all measures against new coronavirus penetration.
