We remind you that according to the Georgian government’s decision, all foreigners have been banned to enter Georgia since March 18. Consequently, even with the improvement of weather conditions and the opening of the highway leading to Lars, the Russian-Georgian border will only be able to cross the trucks, and Georgian and Russian citizens returning to their homeland. The Upper Lars checkpoint is closed for foreigners for indefinite time.
