Today, on 19 Februarym the Armenian President Armen Sarkissyan signed a decree on dismissing Aleksan Aleksanyan from the post of the Head of the Department for Working with Personnel of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.

The decree states: “Taking into account the Prime Minister’s recommendation pursuant to Article 133 (1) of the Constitution, and Article 40 (3) of the Law on Military Service and the Status of a Conscript, dismiss Aleksan ALEKSANYAN from the position of Head of the Department for Working with Personnel of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.”
